ICT DLP Software – Function Summary

1. Overview & Architecture – ICT DLP is a Data Loss Prevention solution that protects sensitive corporate data from leaking through unmanaged channels — storage devices, applications, websites, screen capture, and file transfers. It has two components: a Web Administration console for centralized policy management, monitoring, alerts, and reporting, and an Endpoint Agent installed on user PCs that enforces policies and monitors user behavior.

2. Device Control – Controls which removable devices (USB, CD/DVD, external HDD/SSD, Bluetooth, USB tethering) may connect to protected PCs and what data may be copied to them. Policies are set per department (inherited from a parent department unless overridden) plus per-device-type rules, with exception rules for individual users (temporary or permanent). New devices must be registered and approved by an administrator through an approval-request workflow. All device-connection and data-copy activity is logged.

3. Application Control – Allows or blocks applications — or app categories such as file-transfer, cloud, browser, email, screen-capture, and messaging tools — from launching, based on department policy, with per-application and per-user exceptions. Application launch attempts and policy violations are logged.

4. Screenshot Control – Allows or blocks the PrtSc screen-capture key according to department policy, with per-user exceptions. Screenshot attempts and violations are logged.

5. Website Control – Enforces web-access rules per department: a “block-all” mode (with an explicit allow-list), category-based blocking, a custom user-defined site list (allow or block), and per-user exceptions. Website access attempts are logged.

6. File Transfer Control – (a) Via device: restricts files copied to removable devices to an ICT DLP-encrypted format, or allows the original format, configurable per device type, with user exceptions. (b) Via application: automatically encrypts files sent through controlled applications, with policy set by application category and per application, plus file-format and user-exception settings. Both channels maintain detailed transfer logs.

7. Agent Management – Lets administrators view each endpoint Agent's status and associated user, permit or block end-user uninstallation, and enable/disable the Agent (disabling suspends all ICT DLP enforcement on that PC). A separate Agent Version module lets admins download and update endpoints to the latest Agent build.

1. Anonymization System – Supplies rotating proxies for all scan jobs (auto-sync from a proxy-rotation service, or manual add via user:pass@ip:port) and logs proxy usage per scan job to reduce detection risk.

2. Wide-area Scan – Bulk-scans large target sets (IP ranges by country, or website lists by sector) to collect baseline info: open ports, service/version, IP geolocation/ASN/ISP. Users configure target name, addresses (with a country-based IP-range picker), ports, and speed, choosing Basic (top 1,000 ports), Advanced (all 65,535 ports + common-CVE check + subdomain enumeration), or Custom modes. Jobs can run immediately or on a daily/weekly/monthly/yearly schedule, using rotating or user-specified proxies.

3. Deep Scan – In-depth vulnerability discovery on the same target types. Options: scan profile (Basic/Advanced multi-engine/Custom), port set (TCP, TCP+UDP, or TCP+top-100 UDP), rule set (CVE-only or CVE+Script, default, for broader detection), depth level (3=web-focused, 4=web+device, default), speed, path exclusions, and a chosen scan template. Results list issues by severity with CVE ID, description, and remediation; a built-in AI-analysis feature auto-summarizes findings.

4. Vulnerability Testing – Build and manage CVE-based test entries (manual or synced from the CVE catalog) and browse an exploit-code library synced from external sources for reference during testing.

5. Scan Engine Module – Administer scanning engines (view, add, enable/disable) and manage YAML-based scan templates: create custom templates, sync updates from vendor engines, select templates for deep scans.

6. AI Platform – (a) Text translation across 21 languages; (b) a security-focused AI chatbot for general Q&A plus CVE analysis/PoC editing; (c) AI-driven exploit-code generation from a description or an existing CVE; (d) AI-generated smart reports summarizing scan results for a chosen target type and time range.

7. Data Lake – Lookup of known security vulnerabilities in the internal database, and a “leaked accounts” registry, searchable or manually updatable.

8. Schedule Management – Central view of all scheduled wide-area/deep scans and scheduled reports, plus a run-history log for auditing.

9. Reporting Module – Device reports on user-defined parameters, viewable on-screen, exportable to Excel/PDF, deliverable by email on a schedule.

10. Dashboard – Overview of cumulative and real-time statistics: vulnerabilities by severity/time, targets by device vs. website, a world map of IP distribution per country, server health monitoring (CPU/RAM/network), a full CVE reference database, and rankings of top CVEs by device/website/time period.

11. Information Lookup – Global search bar offering: (a) device lookup — location, ASN/ISP, status, web tech, issues by port, and (where available) leaked-access credentials/paths; (b) website lookup — hosting IPs on a map, service ports, org info, vulnerabilities, page titles, tech stack, protocol/SSL/TLS, JARM/JA3S fingerprints, subdomains; (c) combined multi-field search (Shodan-inspired syntax) using keywords like country, product, tech, title, cve, ip, port, domain, combined with AND/OR, returning aggregated stats and per-IP detail.
